I began working at Chestnut Nursery Schools in February 2024. Prior to this, I worked in other settings, and over time, I progressed from being a midday supervisor to becoming a Senior Room Lead and Deputy Manager. I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (Early Years Educator) at a distinction level, and I am currently pursuing my Early Years Senior Practitioner Level 5. Once I complete this, I intend to continue and progress to Level 6. Being a part of a team that creates a safe and happy environment for children to learn and thrive in is something I truly enjoy. I find my work rewarding because I can support children's education and learning during their early years by providing them with rich and stimulating environments and activities. I strongly believe that providing children with the best start in their early years educational journey can help them reach their full potential and prepare them for school.
