I have recently joined Chestnut Nursery School but have worked in early years for over 4 years now whilst doing my early years degree. Previously, whilst working in early years, I worked with children who have special educational needs, which was so rewarding and gave me so much knowledge also. I have seen so much with working in the early years sector and can say it’s the most rewarding job. As much as parents watch their little ones grow, we also watch them grow too and everyday is so different. Having my own son has made me also relate to a lot of parents and understanding their needs and requests. I love to keep an open-door policy within my nursery. I welcome all children and parents to Earlham Grove and I can’t wait to see all the children prosper in their early stages of life.
