Hi, my name is Leticia. I have been working for Chestnut Nursery Schools since 2019. I hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification. I have over 12 years of experience in childcare, working with children of all ages. It is important to put a child's emotional needs first, making them feel safe, secure, and understood while in our care every day. I feel privileged to be able to support children’s development, watch them grow and blossom into young individuals while working alongside parents and carers building a great parent partnership. I am dedicated in supporting my team’s mental well-being and creating a positive, comfortable work environment by offering guidance, a listening ear and open communication. I strive to ensure everyone feels valued and supported, helping us all thrive together.

Hi, my name is Sumayya. I have over 6 years of experience working with children. I started as a volunteer practitioner and developed further roles in different nursery settings before embarking on this journey as Deputy Manager with Chestnut Nursery Schools. I’m passionate about creating a fun, nurturing environment where every child can thrive both mentally and physically. I’m dedicated to support children grow, learn and most importantly, enjoy coming into nursery every day.
