Happy Random Acts of Kindness Day from everyone at Chestnut Nursery School NRP. We hope that our lovely Chestnut families enjoyed their breakfast takeaway, and our research park community enjoyed their day a little better through receiving pictures and flowers from our little Chestnuts.
Research shows that helping others can be good for our mental health. It reduces stress, improves our emotional well-being and even benefits our physical health. In short, doing good does you good! It’s essential to look out for each other in and around our communities. This is how we protect and maintain good mental health for all.
Like love, it takes practice to understand and feel it. We share love with others through kind acts such as a smile, a nice word, an unexpected deed, or a planned surprise.
