At Chestnut Nursery School Chestnut Avenue, our little gardeners have been hard at work. The children got stuck into the soil as they planted their very own sunflower seeds. They scooped soil, carefully placed their seeds, and discussed how their flowers might grow. It was a lovely hands-on activity that sparked curiosity, encouraged teamwork, and got everyone talking about nature and how things grow. We can’t wait to see their sunflowers bloom! 🌻
