Do we have to pay for consumables?

Children who are in receipt of 3–4-year funded hours are required on their funded day meal charges would apply or you have an option to provide a packed lunch/tea. Lunch charge is £2.95 / Tea £1.60.

Are nappies and wipes included in the fees?

This is not included in your fees. You are responsible for providing these.

How do we pay nursery fees?

Fees are due in advance, and we issue invoices on the 15th for the following month. Unfortunately, there is no refunds for sickness or holidays. Fee increases are annually, you will be informed of these 6 weeks before the increase. A Deposit is £260 of which £160 will be returned to you when you give one months’ notice to leave. This must be paid before your child settles at the nursery. Twins or Siblings Deposit is £500 of which £400 will be returned to you when you give one months’ notice to leave.

Do you accept cash or card payments?

Direct Debit is mandatory and is set up as part of the terms and conditions when joining the nursery. Fees are paid of the 1st of each month.

We also accept: Tax Free Childcare is a method of paying childcare costs (including your nursery invoice) which provides a significant saving each month. It can be used alongside both 15 and 30 hours of funding to pay for meals and extra sessions. More information can be found by visiting Tax-FreeChildcare - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

Tax Free Childcare vouchers the last processing date of these are the 19th of each month, these are paid in advance not in arrears. You must inform the Nursery Manager of the reference number/code. 

Can we amend the payment date?

All payments are due on the 1st of each commencing month. Failure to make payment on time will result in a late fee charge being placed on your account of £30.00. 

What if my child is sick do I still have to pay?

Yes, fees are due as normal.
